Classes

  • Boot Camp – A high energy group class focused on movement, hard work, and group camaraderie. This class is one hour in length with different exercises each class. This group training is focused on getting the ideal results in the quickest time by focusing on the everyday movements of the human body. Boot Camp will help to increase your energy, strength, metabolism, stamina, and endurance. Legacy uses fun and different exercises each class which will include sleds, tires, ropes, bands, kettle bells, towels, medicine balls, body weight, sledgehammers, etc…

 

  • Personal Training – This is 1v1 training session that is personalized specifically to your needs and goals. It is our responsibility to push you, motivate you and support you to elevate your fitness routine and exceed your personal expectations.

$90 a month with a 12 month contract
