Legacy Training program is designed to make athletes better at their sport, improve confidence, self-esteem and character.  Whatever the goal – speed, agility, quickness, strength, power, and conditioning – we guarantee that we can help.  A few of the training principles that will be utilized include:

The Legacy philosophy blends ideas from the disciplines of exercise science, coaching and athletic skill development to design and implement all training protocols.

Legacy also trains a diverse list of adults, including coaches, athletes, business professionals, stay at home moms, etc…  If you are sick and tired of renting equipment from a commercial gym for a monthly fee and not getting the results or attention you deserve. I encourage you to try the alternative.
